Transit

Plants are usually sent by Post or Courier.
Plants delayed or damaged in transit should be reported immediately to the carrier by telephone and confirmed in writing or email.

UK & European Union Only!
Price Rates apply to the UK only and include Post & Packing.
Postage to the E.U. will be advised before dispatch.

Delivery

If for any reason you are unable to accept delivery in person, please specify where you wish your goods to be left by the courier.  We cannot be responsible for deterioration of plants that have to be returned to the courier’s depot!
We must stress that leaving goods without a signature is at the customers own risk!
Please unpack your plants on delivery!
We cannot be held liable for deterioration after delivery!

Packing

We endeavour to pack all goods carefully and safely, ensuring that orders arrive in good condition.
In an effort to be as Green as possible we use recycled boxes and pack in newspaper.

Availability

All plants are offered subject to availability.  Due to demand some plants may sell out.
We reserve the right to substitute plants for another variety should the need arise.

Orders are completed in strict order of receipt and dispatched within 14 days.  Should weather conditions be unsuitable, we reserve the right to delay until they improve.

Every effort is made to ensure that all stocks are true to name, but we give no guarantee on this point. Plant description may vary slightly according to climate and soil conditions. All goods offered subject to remaining unsold on receipt of order.

We guarantee our plants to be of top quality, if you have a complaint this should be made within seven days from receipt of order!
